What is homeopathy?

Homeopathy is a natural, dynamic, gentle,
individual and holistic system of healing that helps |
to rebalance the energy
system of the whole body. If we are in balance, our body is
in a state of both mental and physical ease. If this is not
the case, we start to display symptoms of illness, or 'dis-ease'.
Disease can come from a number of sources including our environment,
pollutants, bad diet, lack of exercise, stress, emotional upset
and many other factors.
Symptoms of illness may be seen as signs that the body is trying
to rebalance itself - rather than 'cure' or supress them, we
should use them as a guide towards what our body needs to heal
itself. An aching hip or knee, for instance, might represent
the body's effort to release accumulated toxins and waste products
from the muscles.
Homeopathic remedies can therefore help to stimulate and strengthen
the body's own healing process in order to restore health and
prevent disease. The aim of the treatment is to treat the underlying
cause of disease. |

Can homeopathy help me?

Homeopathy
doesn't usually treat specific illnesses - it treats the whole
person, no matter what they are suffering from.
